How we deal with complaints

We take complaints seriously. Complaints give us important information about how we can better serve our customers, stakeholders and the wider Australian community. If we receive a complaint from you, we will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it as quickly as we can. In some cases there may be complicated facts or circumstances or we may need to deal with third parties and in these situations it may take several weeks to investigate your complaint and address your concerns.

Unsatisfactory outcomes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome we propose, please let us know and, if we think it is appropriate, we will undertake a further review of your concerns.
