CEFC participates in Wesfarmers inaugural sustainability-linked bonds

The CEFC is proud to invest $25 million in landmark Wesfarmers sustainability linked bonds.

Wesfarmers raised $1 billion following the successful pricing in June of:

• $650 million of seven year unsecured fixed rate Sustainability-Linked Bonds maturing in June 2028, with an interest rate of 1.94 per cent
• $350 million of ten year unsecured fixed rate Sustainability-Linked Bonds maturing in June 2031, with an interest rate of 2.55 per cent

The transaction was settled on 23 June.
