The CEFC committed a record $9.1 billion in the 12 months to 30 June 2026, across 45 new and follow‑on transactions, representing a total transaction value of $19.6 billion.
CEFC lifetime investment commitments reached $27.1 billion across more than 440 large-scale transactions with a total transaction value of $104.7 billion.
2025-26 investment highlights include:
- $7.2 billion in CEFC capital committed through the Rewiring the Nation Fund to drive the build-out of a modern grid for more affordable, cleaner energy.
- More than $340 million committed to large-scale renewables and storage projects, representing an additional 1.2 GW of renewable energy and 3,000 GWh of capacity.
- Supporting some 22,000 smaller scale clean energy projects with more than $800 million in CEFC and third party capital to reduce the cost of loans.
- Backing two innovative First Nations-led projects – a plantation forestry project in the Tiwi Islands and the restoration of the Great Cumbung which is a significant freshwater wetlands system in NSW.
