FOI Disclosure Log

The Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) is required by the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, 1982 to publish a disclosure log on its website.
This disclosure log lists information that has been released by us in response to FOI requests.

The disclosure log requirement does not apply to:

  • personal information about any person if publication of that information would be “unreasonable”
  • information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person if publication of that information would be “unreasonable”
  • other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner if publication of that information would be “unreasonable”
  • any information if it is not reasonably practicable to publish because of the extent of modifications that would need to be made to delete the information listed here.

Information that is not available on this website due to technical limitations, may be obtained via emailing [email protected]. You can also contact us by email if you are unable to access the format of the documents provided.

  1. Copies of all conflict of interest declarations or notices of material personal interest given by CEFC Board Members (Directors) since 1 January 2018 in accordance with the PGPA Act and the CEFC Board Charter;
  2. Copies of any resolutions passed at CEFC Board meetings approving an interested director to vote and be present, since 1 January 2018;
  3. Copies of any declarations from the Responsible Minister approving an interested CEFC Director to vote and be present, since 1 January 2018.
  4. If the declarations, resolutions and/or notices referred to above do not exist as separate documents, then the relevant excerpts from the minutes of Board meetings where those declarations, resolutions and/or notices are recorded.
